WPA & Compression issues

Hi There

I have a link to my office using Eoip with Rb532 with 2.9.44.

Every time I enable compression while using WPA, it connects and just drops and says " reassociating"
Is there a problem with WPA and compression?

Both units are running AR5213 cards @ 5hgz

i am not positive but i think compression only works without encryption - no wep or wpa.

From the manual …

On Atheros-based cards, encryption (WEP, WPA, etc.) does not work when compression is
enabled.
