wpa from laptop to access pt

Has anyone gotten this to work? I am trying to set up a rb532 as an office ap and use wpa on it. I am unable to get laptops to connect to it using wpa. If I run it without wpa, it connects just fine. But enabling wpa and there is no association. Same alpha numeric key entered in both places etc, just doesn’t work. Laptop is windows xp.

It works. I’ve had problems with PRISM based cards in AP mode, non-prism chipsets wouldn’t connect using WPA/WEP. Using Atheros based chipsets any client could connect regardless of the clients chipset as long as it supported the authentication type.

Atheros drivers are available from MT. (This version works !!)

I have an intel 2200BG and it will NOT connect via WPA but “open” = OK.

(WPA from AP to AP for WDS back links I don’t have working yet..)

Well, I am using an R52 card with an RB532 in 2.4. The laptop has a D-Link DWL-G520 card in it. I set a 15 char alpha numeric key in both. So far no association. It will associate fine without wpa-psk but it is a no go with it. Any suggestions?

Any word on this?

I have an R52 that I’m trying to setup with WPA going to a netgear PC card, but no go.
