What kindof throughput can i expect for two wraps(233 or 266mhz/ 64mb or 128mb of ram) with 1 sr5 per wrap in WDS? i know on rb532 i can get ~23mb, but due to unavailability of rbxxx i must use wraps.
Around 20’s Mbps stable tops.
Thx

cpu limited?
Yes.

anyone know what kindof bandwidth the rb112 will be able to do? more or less than the wrap?
In ideal conditions (in the same room) I get 25mbit TCP on mikrotik bandwidth test being run on the wraps.
These are Wrap 1e’s with CM9 cards
When i do an ftp transfer when the cards are in turbo mode I get 5MB/sec transfers ![]()

so you think you are getting around 40-50mbit on wraps? so wraps can do this much when not generating the traffic as well as beaming it?
Just messing around i’ve goteen 22-25 mbit between two wrap 2c 's @ 2.4
tks
Wrong!

From my experience… yes
But remember I had no firewall or que rules and was running turbo mode 2.4ghz.
I was surprised when I saw these high speeds to after reading in many posts the that WRAP is only got for 25mbit TCP.

yes only 20mbps tops, cpu shows 100%
yes only 20mbps tops, cpu shows 100%
that would be when you use bandwidth-tester on that very same wrap.
stop doing that, it doesn’t measure -throught-put-

LOL, wrap to wrap would be called “TO PUT” because your not going through it, your going to it.
