wsAP ac lite current_too_low

Hello all.

I configured CAPsMAN on a hEX PoE (RB960PGS) powering two CAPs wsAP ac lite (RBwsAP-5Hac2nD) without problem on my desktop but when they have been installed in the destination place the CAPs do not turn on.

The electricians say the cables are CAT5e 24AWG up to 20m long.

Connecting remotely to the CAPsMAN I see this warning:

Any suggestions?

I would suspect the cables, are they copper or CCA? What exact cable is used?

I would agree on that too…
Check the cable termination too…
