wt is the meeaning of
RouterBOARD 133C’ with MIPS CPU, 16MB RAM, one LAN, one MiniPCI, 64MB NAND Storage with RouterOS Level 3 (CPE support)
i want to use it at ap ?can i ?

No. CPE means it works only as a client device. In general, level 3 licence doesn’t support AP mode.
As an AP you can use RouterBoard 133.

no. It means it can connect to an AP, but you can’t use it as an AP for serving customers.
