www eating all the CPU

Hi,

We have a RB750 and from time to time it just sits at 100% CPU, we discovered that it is the www process, is there a way to kill this process for avoid having to do a full reboot every time?

Cheers

You can disable www service in /ip services

But we are using the userman. We need it enabled, isn’t it?

And after trying it, disable the service won’t kill the running version, it stays there eating all available CPU cycles…

Please contact support and send a supout file generated at the time when www is using all CPU.
