The supported hardware list says “10Gbit Ethernet PCI Express” in supported.
However I have a couple of SuperMicro boards that have the Intel x540 dual 10GBASE-T NIC.
It currently does not see the NIC.
The Intel documentation says that the x540 is a derivative of the 82599.
Others have said that the x520 work which is a 82599…
Maybe a quick fix would get the NICs working?

You should test how this NIC works in RouterOS v6.0rc7, it has newer drivers.
Negative. The newer firmware did not solve the problem.

I also have an issue with the x540 nics, in my case it is onboard nics on a Supermicro X10DRW-ET board.
I’m running v6.37.4
I have an issue with q-in-q Vlan not working or vlan with service tag using onboard Nics on the mentioned supermicro Mainboard.
Standard single 0x8100 vlan works fine. I also have a pair of 2 port x520 sfp+ cards in the same machine that works 100%.
Does anyone else have the same issue?
