Hi, first of all sorry for my english as i’m not a native speaker (spanish, kind of, Uruguay :c)
I’m trying to narrow down the reason of random constant crashes with a x86 Dude Server Version 8 VM, running on ESXi 5.5. I thought that checking if I gave proper hardware settings to the VM would be the first on the checklist.
It has 2vCPU, 1G RAM, 2G IDE disk and E1000 adapter (no VLAN). ESXi host is a HP ProLiant ML350 Gen9
On ROS side, as it is only a dude server it doesn’t have FW and only critical services/packages are enabled. Upgraded from 6.36 through 6.37.1 hoping to solve the problem, although changelog doesn’t say anything about it, but who knows ![]()
I’ve mailed supout.rif to support if it is helpful but first I want to make sure that it is the right hw settings for this OS.
Any help would be very appreciated
Thanks!
