Hi

Need to know what is the recommended hardware configuration for X86 RouterOS PC/Machine to provide 200 mbps bandwidth?

If defined so, whatever contemporary computer with two gigabit network cards will do it easily like nothing.

Intel Dual Core System with 2 GB RAM, SATA HDD and 2XGigabit Network Adapter will be sufficient to provide 200 Mbps?

It will. Over that why to use expensive, big and consuming pc while there are small, cheap and not so hungry devices already equipped with ros so no need to pay for additional license? See the product pages for the specifications and performance reference.
