another thing is , any clients in each network want to communicate to different network that connected to Mikrotik should know Mikrotik as default gateway!!!
to prevent clients access to other network for use Internet, you can add rules in firewall.

please call me Mustafa (moose is my nickname).
Unfortunately, i couldn’t set it up correctly. I’ve tried to change the gateway of all clients to point to my mikrotik, but the wdtv can’t access our network drive (that’s the test that i will use, hopefully if the wdtv can see the netdrive, the xbox can too.
I’m worried if it’s a routing issue. Can you please take a look at the below image and see if i need to modify any other clients/routing tables? FYI, the red fonts on the IP addresses indicates that i tried to put the mikrotik as the gateway, but did not work. The main point of my problems is that i’m trying to get the red line below to connect, and also the blue line to connect.

I think as it say LAN game, all Xbox must be in the same network.
I think you can try Bridge in Mikrotik. create a bridge and add all ports to it. then change all clients in House A and B IPs to be in the same network(e.g all clients 192.168.1.x)
for prevent access for not allowed user to use Internet, you can add some rules in Firewall.
Try this. it must be better.
How about…
If the switches were L2 Managed (cheap ones), you could configure them to tag the traffic on the ports for the xboxes to be VLAN’d , then configure the port connecting them to the router board as a vlan trunk, setup a vlan on the RB.
Then they will all be on their own VLAN and can talk to each other. Not sure about internet access though.
