Low bandwidth with xiaomi phones for example: redmi 3 pro, redmi 4 pro models
via 2.4 GHz wi-fi

All other devices like laptop,USB modem,phones have bandwidth about 30-50 Mbps, xiaomi max 15 Mbps and can down to 2 Mbps.
I tested bandwidth on a lot of routers with the same xiaomi phones and no problems found.
Just Mikrotik + Xiaomi have this issue.

All Qualcom Xiaomi devices are connecting at 54mbps. Mediatek seems to work, at least Redmi note 3G. It’s a known problem and will never be fixed.
