XR 5 on INTEL Platform based on Atom technology

Hi,

I want to buy one intel MB ( this mainboard http://www.intel.com/Products/Desktop/Motherboards/D945GCLF/D945GCLF-overview.htm). The question is that if it will work with XR5 minipci, because on certain MB didn’t and also experienced problems with minipci to pci convertor, it works with pcengine convertors. I want to use 2.9.51 because 3.x.x, I don’t like.

best regards,
Razvan

Looks like nobody would give an adice other than buying routerboards. I will buy one and try

You should ask the company that makes the XR5.

I have heard some of them come with an odd ethernet which requires a non-stock driver. If that is the case, you’d have to pick between ethernet or wireless on the 1 pci slot. Keep us posted. I am interested in them too.

gigabytes mobo atom works perfectly with routeros no driver needed for ethernet…
