Is XS+DA0001 compatible with TL-SX3008F ?

I guess this largely depends on how robust support has tp-link for random 3rd party DACs.

If it doesn’t work, you’ll have to use a usual fibre connection: take one SFP+ MM module compatible with Mikrotik, one SFP+ MM module compatible with tp-link and a MM fibre patch cord with appropriate length and connectors. It’ll cost you some 100% more, but likelihood of working will be much higher.
