I have setup PPPOE with Freeradius support. User can do everything except yahoo massenger login.
If I enable NAT they can login but I don’t want to enable NAT.

Check your MTU settings. I had the same problem with MSN Messenger. I changed the MTU to 1492 and everything was working again
