Yet Another....... How to Share Internet Connection?

Hi all,
Before i either go completely nut’s , or just convert to being a monk !! Can anyone help me with this one …
I have a NDIS internet connection to my PC via an USB cable (Works fine)
I am trying (and trying…) to set up a Hotspot using an SRT 2.4Ghz (just testing)
The SRT is connected to the LAN card inside my PC …
My Lan is on 192.168.120 and the SRT 192.162.88.1 … The data on the NDIS connection is :
Passrelle (sorry it’s French) 192.168.42.149 Adr IPV4= 192.168.42.141
When i do a print route (Window) I can see my network card but not the SRT ..
I can Ping (dos) the 8.8.8.8 it’s OK ! BUT in the Winbox if i ping 8.8.8.8 no route to host !
Of course that means my SRT does NOT see the Internet
I have tried around 20 different configs found on the net … don’t work …
Is there anyone who will try to save me from becoming a monk ???

You need to use ICS on your PC -
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/using-internet-connection-sharing#1TC=windows-7
This will make a route from the internet through your PC to the ethernet card. You’ll need to set the address of the PC as the default gateway in the connected devices and they all need to have addresses on this same network.
