I have been having this issue with a 3011 and all active network port go down and then back up again. Of course it kills all Capsman and takes the whole network down. Started happening about 4 days ago. Any ideas?

What port is the WAN connected to?
The problem occurs when there is a mix of 10/100 and 10/100/1000 on the same switch chip. The switch has to clear it's buffers to accommodate for either a 100Mb or 1Gb link. Maybe bad cable causing mis-negotiation?

The current setup is all devices have GB devices ports no 10/100. I have tried to forces all port to 10/100 and no change still the same all port drop and then come back.
Is there are way to check a see which port is causing the flapping?
I will move all the devices on the 3011 to a crs125 and only have the internet feed on it.
Check all the patch cable.

Do yourself a favour and check the devices connected to the 3011.

I had this exact same issue. 3011 was connected to two CCRs. When I logged into the CCR's I noticed they did not show link down. So it looks like some issue on 3011. Emailed support, they advised to upgrade. _REALLY_ did not want to do that, but I did. Running 3.93.3 and havent had this happen again.

Looking at your logs again it does not look like the problem I previously stated it could be, usually with that you see the port speed on the "bad" port move around.

Yours looks more like the switch chip is shutting down almost. Are you getting some kind of exceptionally high bursts of traffic up the WAN interface? I would be very inclined to send a supout and logs to MikroTik support. They are very good at coming back to you.
