Im ussing mikrotik ccr-1036-12g-4g for 4 years and today i try to connect with winbox but i dont know why i can't connect , i didnt change password i dont know who changed (ERROR: wrong username and password) i don't have backup can i restore my password or need to reset from first i have to many data inside

Was it running a vulnerable RouterOS version? If so you probably got locked out by the attacker. viewtopic.php?f=21&t=134776

I'm afraid its a reset and re-configure. There's no way to reset a password.
