I'm attempting to get RouterOS 6 running on Xeon D-1527. But unfortunately it doesn't detect any of the built in 10G nics. This works fine under different version of Linux. I suspect the version of the ixgbe driver is to old in the kernel. Is there anyway to rebuild the kernel to update the driver?

I am afraid not. Try virtualized CHR instead.
