RB4011iGS+5HacQ2HnD-IN: 5 GHz "initializing"

Tue Sep 10, 2019 11:29 pm

1. routeros-7.0beta1-arm.npk
2. RB4011iGS+5HacQ2HnD-IN
3. Just enable 5 GHz, set frequency to 5180 ceee, no secondary frequency, scan list to 5180
result: On status tab it tells me "initializing". It never starts sending any SSID.

Same basic issue here. But I get a little further. I have "AP Running" but no devices can see the 5GHz network

Does the 5 GHz work on the RB4011iGS+5HacQ2HnD now with beta v2?

I confirm no beacons are broadcast on the 5GHz radio on RB4011 with RouterOS 7b5.

Hi,
i'm facing same issue with my RB4011iGS+5HacQ2HnD (noticed it after ugprade to 6.46.4.)
Have any one raised support ticket for this issue ?
If it's not working on all firmware versions, then probably it's a hardware issue.
Can we get a replacement from MikroTik?
Is there any official communication from MT regarding this issue ?
