I've just switch to the new network and suddenly my iPad and iPhone cannot play any content on plex via app and browser, this work with other platforms though such as the iMac, windows and android. Everything is on the same subnet and I've also tried with the firewall off and UPnP enabled, still nothing. It does play the theme song of a show though but it just pops up with the error code of -12642 on plex, it doesn't even show anything via the browser. This has worked on the d-link router I had before and since it's been on the mikrotik it does not work on iOS devices.

I've searched on what the error code meant and there isn't a messege on what problem occurred. I even tried the plex forums and contacted the dev team, even they don't know what's wrong.

Configuration problem. Plex works fine with my iOS devices.

Ok, it wasn't a configuration problem, it was just mikrotik needed to be updated to the latest software...kinda makes you think why it didn't work in the first place.
