sudden disconnect of user using some IPs behind his IP in hotspot

Hey every one , i am a student running an HOTSPOT service , and using mikrotik router ( RB2011UiAS-RM , 800mhz cpu ) i use ubnt airmax to connect the router to the APs ( the site ) ,
one of my clients is directly connected with an airmax station , and uses an AP ( routing with nat ) so he can get all his devices using one account ( behind one IP address ) but it disconnects every time a new device connects to the AP he uses , and some times it just disconnected , is this some thing common , or there is a mistake in my conf , + please tell me , i think the RB2011UiAS-RM is able to handle about 40 clients , isnt it ? thank you a lot
