Help on my project 2WAN-2LAN

Thu Dec 19, 2019 6:19 pm

Hello everyone,
Please i need your help to achieve my project. I want to experiment this idea (see attachment) :
In my LANs, i have two kind of users : lets say STANDARD & PREMIUM who can connect (via hotspot) from LAN1 or LAN2. I want the PREMIUM users go to, WAN2 and the STANDARD user go to WAN1 (ever user user cant use LAN1 or LAN2 to connect).
how can i do it with my RouterOS 5.x (with hotspot and radius on the same machine 127.0.0.1) ?
Thanks.

Why such an old version...
You can google about policy based routing + Mikrotik and you will find some examples...

I have RouterOS 5.26 (that mean 5.x, i suppose).
Your first task is to update RouterOS to at least 6.44.6 (long-term version)
Then you reset the router to defaults and apply one of the loadbalancing examples found.
Once that works you can start adapting it to your wishes.

Well good luck then!
(sometimes I find it amusing that people try to use a hAP mini as their enterprise core router, but it seems like it can be even worse...)
