Invalid Password error message for Hotspot Users with UserManager

Many Routeurs actually are having Invalid Passord error message with Hotspot User Manager Users.
Although we update to MIPSBE v6.48, many of our Hotspot Users till get "Invalid Passord" error message when they try to re-login after loging out.

The CLOCK also changed. The TIME ZONE is not correct.
I set the DATE and TIME, and i am observing if or solives the problem

How can we fix this problem ?
