No, settings are stored for each customer, but not for each PC. So this is a bug. We fixed some bugs related to saving setting, but seems like, some still exist.I will have to set columns on every pc?

The problem was related to saving two separate column ordering for "Sessions" and "Active Sessions". Now there is only one ordering for Sessions (used also for Active Sessions). Do you use CoA? Without CoA it is not possible for User Manager to force HotSpot to close a session. When CoA is used by both, HotSpot and UM, session disconnect request is sent by UM to HotSpot, when closing session in web interface.in A Session when i select user & do remove or close their session is ended in UM but still their connected to router & they can surf & download.

PPPOE does support only Disconnect requests (this is what you need in this particular case), it does not support dynamic change of session parameters.I use pppoe.

There was an issues in User Manager, version 4. When you logged in the user web page, customer page was not accessible anymore. This issues has been solved and next release of version 4 will function fine.by mistake i opened http://routerip/username & login page appeared & i tried to login into it with customer id login was unsuccessful then i tried with correct link http://routerip/userman then also i was unsuccessful to login with customer id so i restarted router then i logged in successfully. i think this problem is similar with user page login issue.

In the past 8hrs, i've been trying to access the web interface of my UM 4.04b and i keep getting "invalid username or password" error. I've been using it for a while now and this is the first time i'm getting this message.
Eventually i was forced to restart the router (RB1000) and it allowed me login normally again, but only to start giving me the error message after a few minutes.
We are aware of this issue. When you sent your database backup, we noticed, that startup for UM takes a very long time (5mins, as you said). That means, other services on the router are up and running after 30 seconds, but it takes a couple of minutes for UM to start. This is because of some caching which is performed on UM restart.1000-1200 users A Session 200
for restarting MT it hardly takes 30secs but after restarting users won't able to login for 5 mins they get invalid username password, I have checked radius server status all request were rejected from UM but 5mins is to much I have Observed this on every restart.

We are aware of both your mentioned errors, we have made improvements to fix them, check the next release!I have assigned a profile to users & he started using it but then also if i check his profile i see Waiting after profile but for few users i see active.
Also whenever we work on UM suddenly all users get disappear & we see white blank page then we have to relogin this problem occurs every 2 mins.
you can try adding 5 users in my UM you will see all errors & bugs we face.
I suppose "latest update" can be represented by sorting sessions descending by their "till time". We include this request in our TODO-list.So i request you to think about it & reverse it so that we can see latest update on 1st page & 1st login at the last page.

What do you yous on the other side (HotSpot/PPP/Wireless)? Wireless does not support traffic amount limitations.Also i notice the UM 4.04b doesn't respond to download limit set in profile. I set it for 1G download limit, but i have some who've used up to 3G and still counting!

If you have solved & fixed all bugs in UM so you can release it independently like u did before for beta4 or is there any rules that you can't release new version within 2 months until everyone loses their hopes. As I mentioned before, your problem should be solved with next release. RouterOS is a complex mechanism, User Manager is just a small part of it. Therefore we cannot release a new version only because there are bugs in User Manager.
We will do our best to figure out, what we could do to help you before next release.
