scheme:
- users are not allowed to multi login
- there is one MikroTik for each company branch (total about 5 MikroTiks), UserManager only installed on one MikroTik (in main company)
- user from each company branch will login through hotspot from their own MikroTik, but there is no registered hotspot user in MikroTik itself. So registered user is listed on MikroTik's UserManager in main company
- everything runs smoothly without any problem, but apparently we can't find any single session recorded at UserManager (yes we need it to be recorded so we can fetch it for monthly usage reporting)
- my colleague said that he have to activate the accounting for each site (MikroTik) to make its session recorded
- accounting activated, sessions recorded. But sometimes in the next day their user login is stuck (happened in each site/MikroTik simultaneously, which means all users from branch A is OK, but all users from branch B is stuck), so they can't login anymore (since it's restricted to do multi login)
- when they stuck, we have to reboot the main company's MikroTik / UserManager before they can login again
- I've checked into http://ip-address:port/userman, but I can't see their session is stuck there
edit: I can see their session is stuck, they recorded as active session, but they are actually not active anymore.

- I'm actually new here, so I don't really know in detail how does MikroTik works (about it features)
