I have the same issue, but I spent money on creating 3,000 prepaid scratch off cards. I have read this issue on another thread but also with no response. I bought a rb11002xh for this with the 6 level license specially for this and now this happens.
I hope someone gives us a hand...

I was using 29 but since this happened I switch to the latest one. Ok when I say customers I mean my clients on the street that buy the prepaid cards not Customers as distributors..

Any Idea guys?

Level 6. I found out the problem. User manager has a glitch. If you create a profile on the user manager and then remove it, it no longer shows you the profile on the user manager. I'd you go to the terminal on the winbox or login via telnet and goto tools user-manager profile profile limitations you will find that the profiles are still there.
My problem was that I did some testing profiles with the same name, after I removed them, I created the profile I was going to use. Since ask my test profiles and my real profile had the same name, users kept getting transfer from one to the other profiles.

To bad I found this out after I deleted all 3000 accounts I had created.

Hope this helps since none had ever posted a solution for this issue.

Hi dannyboy,

could you please support your great solution with snapshots as I could not find how to remove them in Mikrotik?
