I have big municipal wifi project and I want to minimize the cost of back-hole PTP links that connects the villages. so I want to exploit the existence of ADSL in many places of the region I will cover by this project.

I want to setup mikrotik and its userman to manage users but I want it to receive and send the authentication process by VPN so the far away villages will ask it for authenticate but they will have their local ADSL lines so one center of authentication and different Internet sources.

I hope you got my point,
so can anyone send me to the suitable techniques

Create a Central PPTP server on your router-board where you have configured your USERMAN, Then simply using simple pptp client dialer from your remote NAS to connect to this central pptp server. This way all your remote Nases will be virtually on same network just for authentication purposes. and rest of internet will be served from there local adsl connection.

I have deployed few scenarios with centralized authentication server for whole region, and branches network gets auth data from the central server.
and yes central server must have STATIC ip

having a central pptp server and connect all nases with it is a good idea for security purposes.

can u tell what software u used in that deployed scenario?

Simply add any pptp server, I used main Mikrotik as a pptp server too, then all branches imply use vpn dialer to dialin to this central pptp server, this way they all connect to this network virtually on same LAN. you dont need any special device to perform this task.
