captive portal using PHP ?????

Hello everyone,
I want to create a captive portal using PHP to manage user acces to our network which is provided by a mikrotik routers in my restaurant ,so we want to give each user a limited period of time connexion depending on how much they consume,and i want to control the size of data that they dowload .so has any one a step by step tutorial or some docs that will help me to do that.

I guess you don't need to develop one from scratch. There're a number of free/paid hotspot management systems available on the web.

Even, I myself, have developed one. ;)

Perhaps you could guide us toward some of those premade php captive portals. I have been searching google for a few hours and can't find any.

i suggest to take a glance at http://www.ebss.cloud
so you can run Hotspot in your restaurant and manage your captive portal.
you can also choose how customer connect to your shared internet.
using SMS based authentication or ordinary username/password.
