Connection problem

Sat Feb 27, 2016 12:23 am

Hello everyone,
Sorry for translation if it is bad but I'm French
Routeur CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+PC (v6.30.4)
I met again a problem connecting via Ethernet cable from my computer.
I have access to the router interface to the Internet but not
She has run about 1 and a half and nothing since
My Orange Livebox enclosure is connected above and the phone works
My computer is on port Ether1
Tonight I will restart my connection and it worked, I had access to the Net
I reboot the router, my connection no longer works
Do you have an idea ?
Thank you in advance
Claude

Can you post configs for your CCR? I do recommend upgrading it to 6.34.

For your public IP, use x.x.x.12 and leave all private IPs in full display. What port is the WAN connected to on your CCR? What is the current run time or uptime on your CCR?

Great, what port is your WAN connected to? What is the configuration of your NAT and does your ISP require PPPoE?
I already gave this screenshot

No, that is the first time you provided it.

What do your firewall rules look like? Simply showing the configuration of the port your computer is connected to will not allow anyone to fully troubleshoot your issue.

Hello,
To test I turned off the computer's firewall and router
It's the same thing and I do not think it comes from the firewall because by the time it works
My Livebox enclosure only connect to the fiber connects DHCP and not in PPPoE
However this case is connected to the router on ether 5 and 7 so it does not not directly connected to the internet.
I think I have solved my problem, I change the Quick Set
And, surprise the connection was back immediately

In IP Address I put the login IP 192.168.1.200
The Gateway 192.168.1.1
