CCR1036 not passing data through sfp

Thu Mar 24, 2016 8:20 am

Recently purchased 4 CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, 3 CCR1036-12G-4S & 1 CCR1016-12S-1S+ and 12 pair of S-35LC20D....

Connected a CCR1016-12S-1S+ & CCR1036-12-4S using a 3m LC-LC fiber pictail using a pair of S-35LC20D, link is ok, but there is no layer 3 connectivity, i mean no data passing through it.. tried to contact support no response... it is frustrating, is there any one faced similar issue...

I tried all below steps

1. upgraded to latest firmware.

2. reset to factory default.

no luck yet

Following is the technical details

and with regular SFP modules ?

Can you test a longer cable or a attenuator ?
