I’m trying to set up an RB2011, which will feed an access point and several other routers, as follows:
I have multiple public IP addresses, coming in on a fiber connection through a media converter, which I need to put into Eth1, and then route those public IP addresses out Eth2, Eth3, etc.
I do not want to use NAT.
The access point will be in bridged mode and the client units will use NAT.
The other routers, connected to Eth3, Eth4, etc. will also use NAT, connecting into several separate LAN networks for some other functionality (not related to the wireless ISP network, but getting internet connectivity through it).
I’ve tried several different ways of getting this to work, with no success.
I can easily achieve this with a CRS switch, with the mode set to Router, in the Quickset Ethernet Configuration, but I would rather do this with an RB2011, if possible.
Can someone help me out?
