You can use eoip tunnel to connect two mikrotik device . Any other tunneling can work fine . Configuration depend on which tunnel you decide to use . You can fine very detail in wiki .

I got EOIP working after trying IPIP, never could make it work. I have 192.168.100.0/24 at both sites, most examples I saw had 2 separate IP schemes which I didn't want.
