There's a big list (and map) on http://www.mikrotik.com/training/centers - most trainers have phone numbers and email addresses you can use to contact them.

I contact them but most of them have given the fake numbers nobody answers , and i have also email but no reply.

Nobody there is fake, they all conduct trainings on weekly/monthly basis. Just see the list of classes here:
