Hi, i am new to Mikrotik and would to know how is it possible to list reserved IP addresses in my DHCP leases.

By reserved IP, you mean an IP you had assign manually in a pc/laptop/smartphone/tablet ?

Why reserve a IP address if you could just statistically assign it outside the dhcp scope

Plug-and-play , but having it outside of "normal" range is yet another useful element
