I've been beating my head against trying to reset the configuration on a hap lite router. I have downloaded winbox and netinstall and followed the wiki instructions to reset the configuration.

I have the router cabled via ethernet2 into my home network and it is visible via Winbox v3.12 (via MAC), it's IP address is 0.0.0.0, DHCP is available within that VLAN, but it isn't grabbing an address.
login box = admin with nothing in the password box.

Winbox sees both my Hap Lites via MAC
When I click connect within Winbox on the one unit it says "could not connect to MAC 64:D1:54:XX:XX:XX"
From another working hap lite on the same network I tried "tool mac-telnet 64:D1:54:XX:XX:XX" which prompts for username/password (trying admin/nopasswd) which immediately disconnects.

I've got about 6 hours into the forums and googling this, am I missing something simple?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Which ROS version did you netinstall them to? Try 6.39.3...

I was trying 6.41.2, but will try 6.39.3 as you suggest and will report back. Thanks.
