i have 10 locations each location need 1 camera at least ,, iam thinking to put two ptmp like mantbox 19s in the main building
and link the 9 location to it on cpe LHG5 for example

i need help on it please ,, i found on market poe cameras did the will work on bridge mode all of them they will save on 1 DVR from one Ethernet

You said DVR, but rather than that, you need a Network Video Recorder(NVR) device for recording IP cameras streaming.

Generally, IP cameras work either on switched or routed topologies, then I think you won't experience any problem.
However, I suggest you looking at the camera and NVR specifications before buying.
Also, you could post your cameras and DVR models, maybe someone has already tested that devices.

Personally, I have successfully installed Hikvision and Ubiquiti cameras in routed, switched and bridged(wlan1 and ether1 bridged and the camera directly connected to the CPE on ether1) environments.
