Please help and the solution to the problem I experienced : After upgrading ROS on one of my routers CCR1036 into the latest ROS 6.41.4, my other router CCR1072 that currently ROSnya 6.36.3 can not ping and RTO ping results. But now all the interfaces in router CCR1072 are installed running and no problems, please for suggestions.

Check your interfaces.
Is the problem not caused by the hardware off-load?
