Internet Connectivity

Tue Apr 24, 2018 1:38 am

Hi,
I have a Mikrotik Router which I connect to the DSL modem. The DSL modem is in bridge modem. I configured the PPPOE client setting on the Mikrotik to perform the authentication.

Now the Mikrotik has the ISP IP and I am able to ping to the public IP's through the Mikrotik router terminal interface, but the PC's on the LAN interface of Mikrotik are unable to connect with the internet.

Appreciate quick responses as I wasted a lot of my time in troubleshooting it.

Thanks in advance.
Cheers

When you are able to configure RB PPPoE client to connect ISP, have you set this "PPPoE" interface as the WAN output by masquerading the bridge (binding the LAN and/or WLAN ports)?
