Mikrotik 750G - Limiting my connection to a max of 90MBps

Hi So I've set up a Mikrotik 750G and I'm getting a maximum speed (speedtest.net) of 90MBPs. I'm sure I'm not throttled by my ISP as I get my full 250MBPs when I use other routers (ex. Netgear, cisco & tp-link)... I am also sure that the Mikrotik does not have any limitations whatsoever. What I've also noticed is that when I switch off auto-negotiation on ports and enable 1Gigabit full-duplex, the ports just turn off and will not be accessible.

Can you please help me?
Thanks
Eric

What are your findings according to the hints on other similar topics responses here on the forum? What have you been done before you posted the question?
What is the effect of changing the autonegotiation to the throughput?

I already contacted Mikrotik via email and explained the issue and I also sent the support.rif file. They said that they can see nothing which is limiting the connection. I also read other threads where users mentioned that they enabled a forward rule to incoming traffic. I applied that with no luck. So at this point I'm asking for support from other users who might have an Idea what might be causing the issue. The Load on the CPU is only hitting a max of 5% so the CPU is not being overloaded. Same goes with the ram. When I switch off auto-negotiation and enable 1G only as I already explained... the ports will get automatically disabled, the led switches off and I loose connectivity to the router. Please help thanks

-upgrade firmware of 750g (system-routerboard-upgrade-reboot)
- try another port as wan (ether2-ether5)
##You have to place on top of forward chain this rule to enable fasttrack!
##Warning: Queues, firewall filter and mangle rules will not be applied for FastTracked traffic.

/ip firewall filter
add action=fasttrack-connection chain=forward comment="fasttrack: established related" connection-state=established,related

If you get 90Mb/s your client is connected with 100Mb/s.

If you look at interface conncted to your client and yo your ISP what speed is listed.

Interface->Interface-List->Interface->Open your interface->Status-Rates.
What is listed under rates?
If it does not show 1Gbps on both outside and inside interface, then you haw to find out what is wrong.
Client if does not support 1Gbps
Cable does not support 1Gbps
Bad cable
Interface set at fixed speed
++

Agree with Jotne, besides the Mikrotik router, is there any other device connects to ISP, like modem or media converter?
Maybe that modem LAN interface does not support 1G.
Or bad cable. Or fault Mikrotik port. Have you tried different Mikrotik port to connect to WAN?

As I said before, my ISP is 250MBps and I get the full 250MBps when using other / different routers. The problem is with the 750G... Also I'm testing the connection with a PC plugged in directly to the router without any switches. Just my ISP's modem in BRIDGED mode and my PC connected to the Mikrotik 750G, Also the Link rates are showing 1Gbps on both ports. Thanks
