RB2011 Setup

Fri Jul 27, 2018 12:41 pm

Good day

I'm a recent MCSA Graduate and have little to no experience with Mikrotik equipment.

I manage the network at a school and I'm having some issues troubleshooting our RB2011.

It works as follows

Interface 2 : WAN uplink (10.0.0.0/24) coming from a switch that's directly connected to our gateway.
Interface 3 : Subnet 1 (192.168.3.0/24) using DHCP on the routerboard
Interface 4 : Subnet 2 (192.168.4.0/24) using DHCP on the routerboard

Interface 3 and 4 have no internet access but I can ping addresses in the other subnets

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You have to include the configuration, otherwise there is no way to know what is wrong.
telnet or ssh to the router, type: /export hide-sensitive file=rb2011config
Then ftp or http to the router and download the rb2011config.rsc file and put it here.
