Port forwarding between 2 subnets

Thu Aug 16, 2018 6:01 am

Hello everyone,

So I have a network with multiple subnets. Specifically ether 2 which has 192.168.1.xxx and ether 4 which has 192.168.5.xxx. I have a device on the .1 network that needs to pass port 25553 to multiple client machines in the .5 network. Also, when these clients receive the traffic it needs to have the original IP address. I can currently get traffic to go to clients but it shows as being from .5’s gateway. It may also be important to not that both subnets have NAT masquerading on. Thank you.

If the traffic shows .5 gateway as source, there's something wrong with your srcnat rules. Post what you have and someone will tell you what to fix.
