Hello, i have new Mikrotik metal (2shpn) i have tried to log into it with a winbox ver3.18 by IP and MAC and also through the browser with IP 192.168.88.1 but all fail giving me an error: "ERROR: username or password wrong" from winbox but from the browser nothing loads at all.

I can see the device on winbox but tried to ping it and did get any responses.
tried with different machines but all the same. Any help i can get this is so urgent

If it's a new device, no password is set. Just login with admin and empty password.

In the box you will find a guick guide ( https://i.mt.lv/cdn/rb_files/1539728765metal-series.pdf ) with instructions to reset the device.

yes i did that. username: admin Password is blank. but still get error: userrname or password wrong
