How to define ssh version in Mikrotik

Not sure what you mean? The ssh server version mikrotik uses is v2.

More Secure SSH access
RouterOS utilises stronger crypto for SSH, most newer programs use it, to turn on SSH strong crypto:

/ip ssh set strong-crypto=yes

Already answered, Protocol version is 2
vmunix ~ $ telnet hex 22
Trying 1xx.xx.xx.xx...
Connected to hex.
Escape character is '^]'.
SSH-2.0-ROSSSH

telnet> Connection closed.
