Hi all,

I have the latest RB4011iGS but I am facing some router login issues. Whenever I am trying to put the default IP address into the url bar, it is redirecting me to a totally different address. I wish to change the username and the pasword of the router but I am not able to login.

How do I fix this? Is there a way around? I am new to this.

Thanks,
Rafael

The default settings for ROS are 192.168.88.0/24 where 192.168.88.1 is the gateway. Depending on the network, double check that your device uses MikroTik DHCP server.

If it's true, try using WinBox to log into the device, download it from: https://mikrotik.com/download
Useful information related to WinBox can be found on our Wiki: https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Winbox

If you still cannot connect to the device using WebFig and WinBox, I would suggest resetting the device to be sure, that it's with factory settings.
Please follow the guide for reset from: https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Reset

Thanks. I'll try it for sure. Moreover, I have also tried this router login website - https://routerlogin.onl/192-168-1-20/
