I have a problem accessing lan port with wan ip inside lan.
the setup is

static-ip----> isp modem 192.168.1.1
isp modem ----> mikrotik ehter24 192.168.1.250
mikrotik ip: 172.16.1.1
the local network is at bridge_hr 172.16.1.0

i have grandstream ucm and i can access from outside world xxx.xxx.xxx:5060
but when im at local network with wifi i can not access xxx.xxx.xxx:5060 i only can access 172.16.1.xxx:5060

p.s. i dont know if it has anything to do with that problem but when im at local network and i put the static ip at a browser xxx.xxx.xxx it goes to isp modem page.
what can i do so i can access xxx.xxx.xxx:5060 from inside network?
