I inherited a routerOS VM that only runs the Dude on it. I had been getting notifications of high CPU, memory, so I powered off the VM and increased the vCPU and RAM. After restarting the VM there is no network connectivity. It has a static IP, I can't ping it, nor can I ping anything except 127.0.0.1 from the routerOS VM. I've checked and there are no firewall rules setup (nor is this doing anything other than running the Dude).

I just don't know where to really start with troubleshooting, can someone please help me?
