Hello everybody,
I got a serious problem in configuration of my mikrotik router and I need help please.
Here is the topology of my network: I have a modem with Internet access that is connected to ether1 mikrotik router. the default gateway of modem is 192.168.1.1. In mikrotik router I define two IP pool for 192.168.1.0/24 ip range and another ip range (172.16.0.0/24) for connection of another device through mikrotik wireless connection, also I define a bridge. In addition, I define a pptp connection to a vpn server (pptp_out). I define nat rules to access my device via specific port. all traffic from my device goes through pptp_out and if pptp_out disconnected, the device loose internet connection.
Here is the problem:
Whenever I try to connect to router via IP Static, it doesn't work if pptp is connected, and if I disconnect pptp the device has no access to internet but I can connect to router via internet (wan network). How can I have access to my router from wan without loosing connectivity via pptp_out?
