i have transit public ip adress on mikrotik wan like - 195.x.x.146 with gate 195.x.x.145. and public network 195.x.x.192 behind mikrotik. I have nat off because i dont need it. How to allow access rpd or http servers on public adress behind mikrotic ? i just need a rule to allow this ports dond be blocked with mikrotik. I can ping his lan side public adress but not the other 2 assigned to firewalls.

No rules = everything is allowed.
Something is blocked => you must have some blocking rule (or the problem is elsewhere).

So it's good idea to start with telling us what you have now.
