If you are concerned that your router was compromised and thats why you need it "cleaned", then you need to do a net reinstall.

Good Morning.
Thank you first for your responses.
It is not the case, it is not committed, but if it were not very complicated and can explain it, if it was complex, we will learn over time.
Always grateful.

Cheers
Peter

Buenos días.
Primero agradecer sus respuestas.
No es el caso, no esta compremetida, pero si no fuera muy complicado y puede explicaro, si fuera complejo, ya aprenderemos con el tiempo.
Siempre agradecido.

I have never have had to reset the config...... but I think i see your dilemma.

You may have to do something similar to this......
https://www.mikrotik.com.my/reset-to-fa ... -settings/

Try only the box, no backup! and then select the reset configuration button.
Otherwise what I recommended above this option.,

I came to this thread wondering whether people were going to suggest simply wiping it off with a damp cloth, soap and water, or some kind of disinfecting cloth, and wound up being mildly disappointed. ;)
