For several years I've had a 6to4 tunnel setup with Hurricane Electric. It worked fine with my previous gateway. Now when I attempt to create the tunnel, traffic is not getting through my hAP lite. The tunnel is between the HE server and my Win 10 machine. I believe the tunnel is iPv4, protocol 41.

I'd like to understand the theory as well as the practical steps. Since the tunnel is IPv4, I assumed I didn't need any IPv6 stuff, as the IPv6 is handled on the two ends of the tunnel, correct? So what is needed here? Just a firewall rule? Do I also need to forward the protocol to the IP of the Win 10 device? Do I need a route as well?

I have found several tutorials on how to setup a tunnel from HE to the router, but in my case I just want to allow the tunnel to traverse the router.
